BlueDot Group of Companies is an economic development brand created by Cynthia & Garrett Tomlinson of the Lubicon Lake Nation to promote indigenous entrepreneurship based on the strengths and opportunities that are unique to First Nations communities in Canada.

 

It started with an idea for a small convenience store to make life a little easier for a remote indigenous community. Then there was the explosion of interest from local crafters, makers and just every day people in the community. They told us how they wanted to get involved and expand their traditional lifestyle and the products that naturally flow from it it into a modern micro-economy, at their own pace, in their own way.
